Why does this happen and which page always seem to cause the problem?

Firefox lists the WHOLE SITE except the forums as a site that may install malicious software on the computer. It's strange.

Also, I'm sorry, I haven't been here in awhile, but everything is coming up 404 for me. Is there some kind of maintenance or something going on?

I just downloaded the File Factory version of GH's "Banjo Kazooie Complete" to my computer and I noticed that there were some Songs missing from my download. I was happy to find the missing tracks on GH, until I tried to download them. I did exactly what I was supposed to--I right-clicked the download, and selected "Save Target As"--but I ended up with this error message:

"Internet Explorer cannot download ..._lair_(bubblegloop_swamp).mp3 from dl1.ffshrine.org. The server returned an invalid or unrecognized response"

I originally had this problem with this MP3 Song:

"046_gruntilda's_lair_(bubblegloop_swamp).mp3"

...but I have a feeling the entire SoundTrack Album: Banjo Kazooie Complete has this problem. Could the folks at GH look into this and maybe fix the problem for me? Thanks.

What the hell is going on here!? I have been trying to download soundtracks from the soundtracks page but all I get are these error messages saying somthing like: Can find server or file or sometthing like that.
Can someone help me out here please?

Yeah, I was thinking about GH needing donations to stay up and I had an idea (not sure if this is right thread, but I think it could help the situation)

While I was visiting VGMusic.com I noticed a donation counter on their site. Then I thought "what if GH did this...?"

The website that VGMusic.com is using is Pledgie.com, and if GH could set up an account, then everyone could see what was needed each month and (imo) it would be a lot easier to donate once I/others could see what is actually going on and how much money is needed to raise.

Just a thought...

I've finally been going back to GH to download music... But for some reason it won't let me download anything. Whenever I try to download a song a message appears that says: "Oops! Link Appears to be Broken!" Can somebody fix this Problem on GH? I recently had this problem on the Paper Mario 2: The Thousand-Year Door Section of GH!

It's been like that the past few days, with any file I try. :o I noticed before that, when I tried to connect to the site, there was only a message noting dire need of donations. Perhaps the servers are temporarily down? I really wish I had income to help right now. :( I adore this site...

Hey everyone @ GH!! I have a small problem and two things I wanted to mention.

First thing: In the "Contact us" page, I click on the link to email the staff @ GH, and I send an email to said address. The problem is that this email is no good, because my original email bounced back. It failed.

Second thing: The reason I was contacting the staff in the first place was because I can't (for the life of me) remember either my username or my password. And I wanted to log in to my account.

And the one thing I wanted to mention was that I made a very small donation to GH. It was very small so it's no big deal...

But, hopefully someone @ GH reads this post and is able to help me. Anyway, let me know what can be done! THANKS AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

This might just be my Computer Scanner being paranoid, but a lot of them pop up, and when I get the computer scanned, the Quarintine's from the site are listed in it. D:

Are you using Avira? The message probably says something like "There was a suspicious article detected in the hysteric" or something along the lines of that... I think GH may be viral, but they didn't code whatever virus it is to firefox. Use firefox so you don't get anymore issues.

i just got on gh today and i cant acces anytihng related to the MIDI section it immediately sends me server error sheets instead are the midi servers down or is something sinister brewing?

Not necessarily a problem with GH, but I've noticed I can't sync the original Silpheed Sega CD soundtrack to iTunes.

I use an iPod for all of my music, and the Silpheed OST that was uploaded here is in MP3 format. However, for some reason it won't upload to my iTunes library, and therefore, I can't play it.

This isn't a blanket problem with the Silpheed music either: I have the Redbook selection and it uploads, syncs, and plays just fine.

Anybody else having this problem? Is there anything else I can do, or should the files be reuploaded or something? This has been very frustrating and I don't know where else to turn but to the great guys on the site who ripped and uploaded the Mega CD Silpheed OST in the first place. The OST on the otherwise excellent Silpheed fansite, Topaz Squadron, doesn't sync either.

Nope. I tried months ago and it's the same here, suggesting that some, if not all, the links on GH are dead.

That's a shame. :( At least I know that I'm not the only one having problems.

Hopefully GH becomes reinstated in the future.
