Using OrangeC's rip, I made an "Original Soundtrack" for G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. Unfortunately, I did not have much luck easily identifying the various tracks from gameplay videos so that I could name the tracks less generically. So, for the most, all that I really did was convert the tracks from .ogg to .mp3, arrange the tracks in an approximate order, and add a couple of fade outs where there were none.

I encourage others to re-upload this as necessary, because I may not have the ability to do so in a timely fashion.

Ah, why did I never find this thread before! I had seen the behind-the-scenes video for this years ago and had been trying to get the music. Now of course the megaupload link is long extinct... any chance for reupload if someone still has this available? much appreciated. Share the love the Cris and Sascha's work!

Here`s hopefully all of it and while it may have not such fancy titles as the ones in OP at least no transcoding was performed on the files coming from PS3 ver. I think it`s better than having OrangeC to transcode already lossy PS2 ADPCM files to OGG and then TheGazelMinistry to treat them the same way the 2nd time around.

Does anyone have the the G.I.Joe Rise of Cobra soundtrack for either the PS2 or PS3 videogame? All the links are no longer valid. If so please reupload.

Thank you JBTND. Can anyone tell me how to rip the music from the PS3 version? I would like to do it myself. I'm wondering if the tracks have a longer running time when pulled from the disc.

I`ve already pointed out what you`re looking for as the link I gave you lead to that exact thing: source stream files from PS3 version. If you aren`t satisfied with track lengths you can always prolong them by looping / adding fadeouts IE what all the VGM Legacy members had been doing while it existed. One of them posted his own rip of that back in '09 and while it`s undoubtful that his original upload is long dead it can still be here somewhere, reposted by someone else there or in some entirely different threads.

Also it`s pretty weird from the start to expect any considerable play-lengths from unedited game files as those tend to be unlooped, unfaded, sometimes even split up into many distinct pieces if to compare them to (what in this case? Is there even an OST for this?) their official counterparts which`re typically mixed into much more common and overall "edible" compositions with noticeably increased playback times.
