nothing wrong with it, tried it myself.

Nothing wrong with the upload or the archive. The 2 flac files are corrupt. You can easily hear that on the aforementioned postions.

apologise to all. i re ripped it and put a new link. the errors were caused by cue tools so i used re-eipped with eac and used cue splitter instead.

I also have the vinyl but I myself am new to FLAC and so far my best "thought" on the vinyl would be to use a somewhat decently modern player with RCA outs and input directly into a turtle beach soundcard , but not too sure on what app would be best to capture the feed. any thoughts?

i was going to just use a technics turn table output to phono to soundcard and record with goldwave.

I'd recommend using Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) - it's free, actively developed and features inbuilt FLAC support. It's also got some basic vinyl restoration tools included, which may or may not be of benefit depending on the quality of the rip.
