I explain my problem:
I know how extract a music from a movie, cut it... But I don't know how remove the sound effects of a music. How do you do this? With what software and how?
Thanks

I never managed to exclude SFX from a cutted music. I just cut the parts of the music where there are SFX when they are too important and when there's no music (or a small music at least). Sometimes I have to keep SFX because if I cut them, that would cut a big part of the music too.

Isn't there a simple software to remove these sound effects?

How would it be possible? You know how music/sound-files are recorded right? So then SFX are crammed in the same layer as music. It's a tad hard to explain, but I don't think there is software to remove these.

But there is people who "rip" the score from a movie, so how it's possible?

The audio and the video are separated in a DVD (AUDIO TS and VIDEO TS), and sometimes the score/soundtrack itself (in rare cases) is in the DVD files without any SFX because it is just like a CD release, so it is very easy to rip it. It doesn't happen very often tough, but I already heard it existed.

The other case is people that rip the audio with SFX and they just try to remove it sometimes (with the music, of course, you can't seperate SFX and music) without any software.

Yeah, picture it like this. There are 4 layers, one contains video, one contains background music, one contains sound effects and one contains dialogue. When they complile a DVD, majority of the time, BGM, SFX and Dialogue will be placed on the same layer. But rarely will they leave the BGM seperate from the SFX.

this isnt what im looking for. im looking 2 find out how 2 remove SFX (gun shots, thunder, pyro/fireworks or burning effects) from videos (like a Justice League or Batman episode).

Also, anyone know a good splitter for both music & movies? For me, a good splitter will

1. be an honest one. In other words, if you choose to split in let's say 30 parts, one minute each, that is exactly what you wil lend up with.

2. NO quality loss - lots of splitters advertise this.

3. You can choose where to split. Example: Let's say in an episode of Batman, I wanna split the entire Batman vs Joker battle. The length of the scene is 1:25. I choose that time & the entire scene is there. I have the Avisplit program. Though it comes close to getting what I want, it isn't quite there. I am trying to do this for a WWE highlight video. Length is 1:23. But when I make AVisplit split videos at 1:25 time, some videos have it at accurate time. Others are above or lower that time.

Seems like it would be possible to remove SFX from music, no? People have uploaded on this site music from DVDs. Sometimes all, but all the time, most of the SFX are out. They call it isolated scores. I need to know how to do that. But I also need to know how to extract music from a movie (only music. not dialogue or SFX) without quality loss.
