Here's this theme whose title, composer or original source are unknown to me...

I think it may be a sort of a "generic" theme, written to be licensed out here and there, as it has reportedly been used in a couple of TV series. It may be of Australian origin. Does it ring any bells with anyone?

The quality is rather low, unfortunately.
