....btw...is there a way to make some tracks permanently longer by about a minute or so?
Cause i like to play these without having to manually switch the repeat track button on and off.

well not now, because for some reason OGG files, dont seem to like it when there re-opened in audio editors, i've tried a couple and it always cuts off by that slight second and it sounds weird, and having to do them all again just for extended issues is rather pointless, besides, if you use something like winamp with repeat always on, then it feels like it keeps going anyway

Have you downloaded my Final Fantasy X Loops and checked in there, because i looked in my FFX folder and there is no Pursuit song on any 4 Discs or the Unreleased Disc, but if u tell me where the song appears in the game, i might know if i've done it or not

Haha yes, I did download that and it's not on there. It's the song that first plays when you're being chased out of the Macalania Temple by the guado, and it's also the song that plays in the first section of [inside] Sin. It's called "Pursuit" in the Sphere Theather in Luca, but it's also known as "Those Who Come Closer" under many soundtrack listings for it online.

The official soundtrack only gave it [about] a measly 2:13 of playing time (I love this song, so that's not much to me, especially in comparison to most of the other clips on the soundtrack)...and since I don't know how or where to get a longer version, I figured a loop on my computer would be the next best thing.

does anyone or can anyone upload the loop from max payne 2, its the mona sax theme when you play as her in the construction site ( i think its in the fun house too), its a pretty sick heavy jazz/noir vibe. the soundtrack i downloaded has all the layers broken down but i dont know the tempo, time sig and all that to import it all to a recording program to layer it together properly. if anyone can rip that right out of the game or layer it together i'd wet myself.

I don't really know if this can be looped, but every time I listen to it I constantly wish it was longer.

Here's a nice long extended looping version of the Mario Kart Wii menu theme(s).

The loop itself lasts for approximately 4:25, and the loop consists of various parts playing, then not playing, and eventually all the layers fading out leaving the original layer to play on its own, before looping.
I was able to make this because I have each of the layers by which I mean, for example, when you go to select a Character, there's an extra layer of music that plays on top of the main menu tune -- however, I have that extra layer on its own, WITHOUT the first layer (with the bassline, those ride cymbals (or whatever they're called)). This can be heard somewhere around the 2 minute mark I think.

Looping tracks are VERY EASY to make. It's just time consuming.

Exactly... really all you do is find 2 points in the tune where it loops, from an MP3 or something, then simply crop that part of the audio, and save it <_<... at least that's what I did.
