How is collection put together ?

Disc 1 is made up of officially released tracks, which measn they are of the highest possible quality.
Disc 2 is made up of 2 Gamerips, one for the original Game, and the other Re;Birth 1

Additional Info: Most of the gamerip tracks are not titled as I have not played the original, my guess from listening to them is that they are mini boss / boss themes, each for a different area in the game, however that is just a guess, if someone else knows where those tracks play, could said person let me know so that I can update them and re-upload the album, many thanks.

Both albums are in the TAK format (https://wiki.hydrogenaud.io/index.php?title=TAK), which is my personal preference, so you may have to convert it to a lossless format of your choice, or just use a media player that supports it. I've actually been searching for the anime OST disc (https://vgmdb.net/album/40055) in lossless format for a long time now, but I don't justify buying the overpriced collector's editions of the anime just for a soundtrack! It'd be great if someone could find that disc and upload it losslessly one day, hopefully you! Anyway, hope you enjoy, and best of luck on completing your collection!
