Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass
Christmas Album (Shout! Factory)

Although the trans-generational appeal of Herb Alpert's signature sound propelled this album to No. 1 in 1968, the Tijuana Brass is often overwhelmed by saccharine Shorty Rogers vocal arrangements. Instead of nonstop uplifting vim, Alpert falls back on an elevator-styled TV-special approach. "Jingle Bell Rock" and "My Favorite Things" pack their punches, but this could've been a fiesta instead of a corporate office party.
The Shout!Factory release restored the original artwork to the front cover and featured the original back cover on the included CD booklet.

I received the link almost immediately (thank you), but it unzips as an .exe file -- I kept getting warnings. I tried downloading twice... same result.

(I had no problems with the Nat King Cole Christmas download.)

ok I checked the file but it unzips fine for me. try again.

I got the same message again... then ignored it, and tried extracting it in another way. Don't what I did exactly ... but it worked!! So thank you, thank you, thank you!
