Guess who's back :)
While I don't intend to be as active as a couple years back, I was tinkering with some PS4 games again that we weren't able to extract before and I thought I'd share one of them here.
Back in 2015 I did a line-in rip of The Order: 1886 that I never finished. I wasn't able to get all files since some couldn't be isolated, got distorted in slow motion QTE scenes or contained SFX due to a sound bug.
You can still find that project (and download it) HERE (Thread 185839).
For the following rip I got a dumped version of the game, extracted the PKG file and found around 20,000 files with a RIFF WAVE header.
So I used WW2OGG and Revorb to convert around 5,000 of them. Most of them are dialogue and SFX, but there's also music.
This is a rather tedious and time-consuming process, and you don't know which files are music until you converted them which is why I concentrated on the bigger (>1MB) ones for now.
So don't expect to get all the music. However, with 252 tracks and more than 4 hours of content, this should be the biggest chunk of it.
All tracks are untitled 48KHz 16-bit 4-channel OGG files (except 1-2 files that are stereo). And here are the download links:
VOLUME 1 (https://mega.nz/#!oYA1kI4A!4DDy5pY-oyMbT0vaou0F6_A5Ix1Rt0wU4A0p0QPSw54) | VOLUME 2 (https://mega.nz/#!JJ4FzbaL!miThVITfh9M9V3_18pYScUd59H53EqAE3THDCXjedZg) | VOLUME 3 (https://mega.nz/#!1dBDhLzb!ZwVeH6ZcN6ykialtdlvnXB5w-PTsWs9VTkZa0OYWaIU)
UPDATE: finished converting all cues bigger than 500kb and added Volume 3 with another 123 tracks (41 minutes of music). Now 99% of the music should be included.
