The 'R' rating is probably for some blood added in post-production. I wouldn't be surprised if WB specifically ordered the extended cut to be edited so that it'd receive an R rating, just to draw in as much money as possible.

WB was already expecting an R rating from the very first cut of the film, mainly because of intensity and duration of the fights and action scenes. Snyder and the editor had to cut bits of the fights (mainly the Batman related ones), so to get a PG-13 rating (that's why the action scenes are so short). The Ultimate Cut (I think) keeps most of the original cut and then is rated R. They might have added some CG blood, but it seems unreal to me.

Read the Africa extended bit is clearly harder and bloodier, and the Bat warehouse fight has some more brutality added.

Some tracks were re-used or copied and pasted over to extend them. But there are new tracks around, not in album or theatrical version. One example is after the Senate explosion, the piano portion.

Ehhmmm... The tracks "A Beautiful Lie" and "Their War Here" aren't mixed together in the movie. They're definitely separated. And as far as I remember, "Their War Here" is the Movie Version, like "A Beautiful Lie" (except for the Batman intro).

there is no longer version etc. its the same in the film, ost and outro (end credits). If you want end credits in 8Ch, lossless, 24-bit/48kHz PM me.

In order (I think) you have The Desert (the "Omega" desert), Post Apocalypse (the Darkseid Parademons), Underground Torture (probably Superman using his heat vision on Bats) ? And then there's The Fight (self-explanatory) and Wreckage (the aftermath).

Actually not...
- "The Desert" is the scene in the beginning where Supes saves Lois and where Lex's mercenaries kill all the people. It should be the second part of "Blood of My Blood".
- "Post-Apocalypse" is the nightmare of the 'Omega' desert and the Darkseid Parademons. It's the extended first part of "Must There Be a Superman?".
- "Thug Fight" is the Martha rescue scene by Batman. It's "Fight Night".
- "Underground Torture" should be the first scene where Batfleck appears. It should be the second half of "New Rules" or the second part of "Vigilante".
- "Wreckage" is where Bruce resques the girl in the Metropolis opening scene and later looks up in rage at Supes fighting Zod. It's just after "Their War Here".
