There is no decryption key for this link. Mega.co.nz does not have description keys for uploaded links. Seeing as I just uploaded it, you should have no problem downloading the rar file. Should you still have problems, contact me again, I will see what I can help out with downloading this file. Thank You for your observation.

It does ask for a decryption key, ignoring this just lead to a message saying the file cannot be decoded...

Still asking for a decryption key. Apparently this is something new Mega.co.nz.
