Not sure what is going on but these files aren't transcoding from FLAC to ALAC via either XLD or xACT (Mac). All the rest converted without issue.

I have the same issue. But it's nothing wrong with the rar archive (content of it test ok, so no point in re-dl the file). It's the flac themselves.
