Though I had to agree its not the way the things work out in here (the request thing), courtesy does matter. One doesn't have to be sarcastic in pointing out an issue and doing such arrogance open leads to disagreement. And yes nobody's perfect and not all of us uses English as our mother language so cut some slacks after all we are just humans and are very much capable of mistakes. Any grammatist can point out my grammatical error right now, but "I don't give a damn"!
