I think da dumbest person is Ormi from the Leblanc syndicate he was fat and stupid he was always the first person i beat out anytime i faced them or brother or one of those shoopuffs.

Ormi is bad but Barkeep just irritates the hell out of me. Though I love the way that even when you sell a ton of stuff to him (so he's paying) he still says thankyou. Idiot. And his girlfriend too. She should come with a health hazzard warning.
