it's a more complete version from the old official cd release. And I am looking for this because of that instrumental of Super Sonic racing, in this release. I have been trying to figure out, where is that instrumental version featured in Segaga girls Highschool

You can get the complete soundtrack by ripping the files from the original Saturn game, since the disc can be played on any media device. Besides, this 2014 release can be found on iTunes and Amazon MP3.
