I changed my tags to match the track listing on the back of the vinyl sleeve.
And, I also added Anstam and Gabriel Isaac Mounsey in the Artists / Composer tags in their respective tracks.
I didn't add A1 etc..though

A flac rip thingy of this vinyl would be pitch perfect. Wishing I oculd get the vinyl and do it myself. Still, hoping it happens
Well, maybe without the "remixes" opr whatever those things are.

that seems to link to Archive.org, which is basically a mirror for the internet.
it looks like Free Library is just searching what it can find in Archive.org.
it's not likely to give you any actual links unless the applicant allowed any such options to archive the downloads.
to get on archive.org, you need to create an account and then you control what you want archived.
in this case, they probably only listed the files and not actually archived them (maybe how much storage you get from archive.org affects what you can mirror?).
it's also likely it's mirroring a torrent site, just the info part; as torrent sites don't actually host any files.

why dont you two swap vinyls until the transfer is completed and then return items.
get it in writing so there's legal liablilities involved.

You do realize what you're asking for, right? First off, of the people that have this vinyl - they'd most likely need to be aware of the shrine. Second, they need the proper equipment to rip it and they need to know what they're doing. Thirdly, most vinyl collectors don't have the mindset of "gee, I better rip this and get it uploaded to the Internet!". So what Lockdown posted is what we have for now. And for that, I am greatful.

It's funny how in the film, the vinyl is extremely rare, and the FLAC version of this, if it even exists, it's even more rare. Fitting.

I was thinking the same thing. But more or less the Vinyl which produces the FLAC.
A clever marketing ploy for fans.

Gotta love how busy some admins are! Yeah I thought perhaps one could download the files still and it just isn't viewable but downloadable, no go. Archive.org does have admins who indeed flag stuff with that. I guess this one has poor taste in film scores and doesn't know when you should really let something slide.
Here's the file structure (
http://ia601904.us.archive.org/23/items/wcd_the-cloud-atlas-sext_mdr-leipzig-radio-sy_flac_24bit-lossless_31327801/Tom%20Tykwer%2c%20Johnny%20Klimek%2c%20Reinhold%20 Heil%20-%20The%20Cloud%20Atlas%20Sextet%20%282012%29%20%5B 96-24%5D/) if you want to try, but looks like the blocked stuff is just shooting some blank file trash out.
Whoever got to this wanted to block the ripping info too.
Why'd the ripper have to upload it there...why there. Why not post it here, or rutracker...anywhere but there.
Oh, and people do use Archive.org for file sharing. Trust me. I watched Guardians of the Galaxy in Bdrip quality on there a few weeks back. It is being used for file sharing, music, you name it, but it isn't the best option. There's rippers, vinyl rippers, and others who hang out there and rip music. A lot is old stuff (archives), but new does show up...

Now this is gorgeous! This saves me the stress of digitizing it myself... which Id been planning for two years. But I resent the amount of work it would need (because the OST sounds like crap and the vinyl wont exactly be superior).
