Note: The source I used came with all of the listed tracks except for Title Demonstration BGM. However, there are a couple of additional Menu and Ending tracks included with the rest of them, so I decided to batch them all together. Lastly, the Player Down and Course Clear band/orchestral jingles were meshed together so that they became one file, but not by me.
