Where do you go if you need someone to do some cheap artwork (avatars/logos) for you?

I need an avatar/logo for "SparkTank".
A sparkling tank of electricity. (no, not twilight sparkling. :notgood:)

I wouldn't even know how to google for cheap artists for small works.
I could probably search DeviantArt but I don't think they have "sellsword" section do they? :erm:
