THE SOUNDTRACK
Twenty seven years years after the original "Charlie Brown Christmas", David Benoit was asked to record the soundtrack for "It's Christmastime Again, Charlie Brown".
Of course, no one will ever match the true genius of Vince Guaraldi and his keyboard.
But David Benoit (in his current Jazz style) gives us a soundtrack that is reminiscent of Guaraldi's original music, with remakes of "Christmastime Is Here", "Blue Charlie Brown", "O Christmas Tree" and let's not forget the classic "Linus and Lucy".
Have a listen.
