Ok...so here is the music from The Sims: Medieval, directly ripped from the game using information by How to extract music from The Sims Medieval (http://choicestgames.blogspot.gr/2011/05/how-to-extract-music-from-sims-medieval.html) . Sorry for the files' names, but I had to rename ALL the songs in order to complete the converting of the files, so I just renamed them to numbers. In that playlist of youtube [http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL236881FEB9BC6139] you can hear the songs and match their names. Some of the songs are renamed based on the titles given by the original soundtrack release.
