Where is your favourite place in FF7? Was it the beach in Costa de sol? the Inn in Kalm or the Sushi bar in wall market? That damn beach where you fight sea worms? my fav was No. 1 reactor coz it gave eerie , forboding atmosphere. or where did u hate going? tell us your thoughts!

I liked Costa Del Sol, Rocket Town and Wutai. Costa Del Sol was just nice and fun and good music and sunny and had some funny stuff in it. Rocket Town, not so much the town itself but because Cid's there and you go up into space. And Wutai because - well - cool music, cool Japanese atmosphere, cool-looking everything and it's Yuffie's hometown, come on!

This might not be suprizing but its Midgar and the Gold Sauser(Sorry, not quite sure how to spell it >.<). I like how Gold Sauser is sooo colorful and how midgar was sooo modern and I love modern stuff =D. Not to mention Midgar was where Weapon got his head blown off =D. Otherwise alot of the games places were kinda dull =S.

My favorite place would also be the Gold Saucer and the Shinra headquarters.

The place i hate going though is the snow mountins after you have gone down the mountin on the snow board.

Midgar. That's the spirit! I just love it futuristical junk!

Actually Emerald Weapon got his head blown off at Junion...Diamond(never could spell that acursed word) Weapon was killed from the blast of the Sister Ray if thats what you ment...

i like costa del sol because it felt like the town i lived.. whenever i finished my save file, id stand outside costa de sol with my gold chocobo standing next to me, and the highwind on the otherside.. then save. =]

It wasn't even Emerald that got hit in Junon, it was a different weapon that you don't fight that's been settled as being called "Sapphire Weapon". But you're right about Diamond.

Anyway, that's not the point of topic, my favourite place is Gold Saucer. I don't think i need a reason.

Midgar was my favourite, I could have spent the whole game there. I liked the atmosphere of the place, it was so man-made and full of stories.
Didn't like Wutai much, thought it was boring.

My favorite was defiantly the Shinra building or anything with Sephiroth!! :p Shinra building when you first hear the Turks music and meet Rufus. What about the worst place? Id say the mountains going after Yuffie.

best place was defo midgar it was full atmosphere, the worst place probably kalm....its so pointless and dull and you have to sit through that long ass story that isnt even true esp if youve played before and have seen it all

It's also very creepy. The first time i was there i wondered why it wasn't burned to a crisp. The black figures were creepy.

But the freakiest part was in that one house with the two kids. I went in there when you go the 2nd time and went to the 2nd floor and you see the two child sized cloaked dudes.



... it gives me the creeps thinking about it.

The Sector Slums. It had like this cold war communist feel to it, the sad dreary music playing, it was great. No blue skies over Midgar man, everything was run down, classic. One of my favorite scences was when it showed the train running through Midgar with the slums below it. I'd love to live in those crappy slums. My ass would be down in 7th Heaven boozin' it up on a daily basis, and stoppin over at the Honey Bee Inn (i think), spending all my hard earned cash on prostitutes in bee outfits.

It was the Northern Crater and Mideel.

By far the best place in the whole off FF7 is the crater and the final battle with Sepiroth. O yeah if any one is out there ask me any question on FF7 and i WIll be able to answer it HA HA

That's a good question...They never mention his father's name...In a fanfic I read called Conflicts of Interests, the author said President Shinra was Clouds father. Plus in the Rufus death scene, everytime they show his eyes when they narrow...I'm just struck with the image of Cloud in my mind.

well, definitely hate rocket town (Booring). second-most place i like is that dudes house, he keeps tellin' u not to mess with his stuff like his safe up the stairs and the chest by his bed. (wonder what's in them).
best place though, sunny Costa del Sol and the roomy pad for 300,000 gil

although that is deffinatly a good question no where does it mention who clouds father is anywhere so prehaps in the future ask a question that has an answer no rudness intended

i also like midgar....but i think cosmo canyon was the best. what great atmosphere. the undersea reactor was kinda neat too

Wall market is pretty cool,(funny how the resturant there has 'korean b.b.q.') and i hated the path leeding out of the city of the ancients coz i got really frustrared coz it was more platform work, which was upsetting after the end of disc 1, i just wanted to impale seph
