Did anyone managed to get Aeris on level 99.
I did by playing 99:59 hours and more.
I completed disc1 100%.

I wasn't too keen on Aeries and that's why I never got her to level 99. You must have a lot of free time on your hands xD. Where the hell did you level up a character to level 99 on disc 1 X_O;;!?

I think the highest I got Aeris was around 50, when I got her LV4 limit break.

A friend of mine had Aeris on level 99, too. Spent hours and hours on Disc 1.

Oh my gosh, how could you do something like that!? Even I wouldn't dream of doing something like that... but anyways, good job since I know, I would give up along the way.

It was my goal to get Aeris to Lv.99 because I thought that maybe getting her to Lv.99 may prevent something to happen. But I grew bored and forgot about it. On one of my files, she's like at Lv.75.

my account i havent played in over 2 years all of my characters are lvl65+ on Wutai, i just wanted all their limit breaks :E

Wutai is the best place to do so...

I never got to 99, I quit at 80 =/

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">Actually the best place for levelling up on disc 1 is near Mideel. There's a small part of the Mideel island that you can take the Tiny Bronco to, and you get better EXP there than at Wutai.

I however did still prefer to fight around Wutai on disc 1, but mainly because you get more limit breaks around there (enemy attacks seem more powerful in general), and that's the only reason I ever fought with Aeris. When I have got her Lv4 limit break and actually given it to her, I've got her to about L50-55. I haven't bothered getting her past that.

Really??? I've searched, and there is no way you can get to Mideel on Disc 1, I believe your'e mistaken... And if you meant one of the surrounding islands, which one is it? And how did you get there???

And as for getting limit breaks... Manipulating the Thunder Kiss (I believe that's what they were called...) enemies and use Lightning on yur party over and over, and try to decrease your Max HP to as low as possible, since the amount your Limit Gauge does NOT rise with the actual number of damage dealt (like most people think), but rather the percentage of your Max HP that was decreased, thus, someone with 2,000 HP will get their limit faster then someone with 9,999 HP, in any case, so even if they were at lvl. 99, their limit would rise just as fast as, say a lvl. 20 character with the same amound of HP... What limit level you are on also affects the multiplier.

(MHP/DMG)% * X = LG%
MHP = Max HP
DMG = Damage Dealt
X = Value assigned to Limit Level (I'm unsure of the values given to each Limit Level...)
LG% = Percentage added to Limit Gauge

I believe that equation represents how the limits work fairly well... At least that's what I've come to find...

I just checked and Meltigemini's right. I never knew about it before myself, but there is a small beach area you can land on which the Tiny Bronoco that reads "Mideel Area" where you can encounter Hippogriffs, Spirals and Sea Worms. You just need to take the Tiny Bronco around the Midgar continent and stay right and you should run into it. Check the menu and the location reads "Mideel Area," you're in the right spot.

I Couldn't be bothered. I got her to about Lv50-55. I was trying to get the other people limit breaks and she was there for the Fury brand. If you ask me, the best place to upgrade would be the Rocket town Area. You meet more enemies there then you will ever meet in the game. I actually encountered 6 in one battle.
Not only that, the enemies are easier to manipulate too, and they deal large amount of damage at one short, about 400 to 500

I got her to 87 once, but my brother erased the memory card for his game. May he forever Rest In Peace lol. Good job though. I also must agree that the Mideel Area is the best place to get a higher level. It is a good place for raising materia levels on disk 1.

I had insomnia and ALOT of free tym n was tld that if i was 2 gt Aeris 2 lvl 99 id gt $50. So i did. Extremly F#@$ing hard bt yeah its possible

Wow! Level 99! Never went that far...the farest I got with Aeris was Lever 80...eh...That's just 19 more levels to go.
And anyway...waiting for thier limit breaks to level up can be tiresome but its worth seeing it.
Of all the limit breaks, I think I like Cloud's, Aeris's, Cid's,Yuffies', and Vincent's best..although sometimes transforming to a beast can really screw up if you need him to throw potions or use magic

I,ve gt Excalibur 2 1ce. the first tym i tried i made it 2 the place at about 12:01!!!!!
the nxt tym it was about 11:47. n i hve gotten excalibur

Um on ffvii ive done practiclly everyfing u can do including gtting ur characters stats 2 255

i would say that the forest around mideel is the best place for leveling even if you cant get there on disk 1 because if you give cloud the apocalypse blade you get 340 ap

i got all of clouds limit breaks on the 1st disk(except omnislash, they won't let you) in the gold saucer area took three days of no sleep but aeris 99, ::bows:: i am humbled by your greatness

I have never tried to get Aeris' Limit Break or levels up on disc 1. However I did (after I had beat the game) used a gameshark and then I got her final limit break on disc 3. I always tried to get the game finished somewhat quickly. Which reminds me, isn't there something that you get for defeating the game within a certain amount of time? My brother told me there was but I wasn't sure if I should believe him or not.
