Is your irc applet working only with irc server wich you set in the exsampels files?

Here is too exsampels to one groupe irc servers (irc.koptevo.net - RUssians irc servers)
This servers i am was took only for exsamle, you of couse may write in the parameters of the irc applet your server(s).

  where irc.ServerX.net is a one groupe of the irc servers.



II. 

 Why the too files: IRC_Sun_JVM.html and IRC_MS_JVM.html and too files irc_1_3_1.jar and irc_1_3_1.cab?

On the user computers may be too version of Java Virtual Machin (JVM):
1) From MicroSoft.
2) From Sun.

Windows 95, 98, 2000 MS operation systems including JVM from MS.
But on the Windows XP, Linux, and all other users need setup JVM from SUN (plugin JRE, like flash plugin).

IRC_Sun_JVM.html - will work on ALL operation systems, if it Windows 95, 98, 2000 user may setup plugin JVM(JRE) from SUN over(covering) MS JVM.

IRC_MS_JVM.html - will work ONLY on the Windows 95, 98, 2000 with JVM from MS.

To setup SUN plugin you must download 12 mbyte, but if on your computer has JVM from MS why not use it? That is a reasone why too files i was giving to you like exsampels.

irc_1_3.* - it arhiv with programm files of the irc applet.

irc_1_3.cab for IRC_MS_JVM.html (MS don't suppot JAR arhives).
irc_1_3.jar for IRC_Sun_JVM.html(All ather not suppot CAB arhives).

But you may setup only IRC_Sun_JVM.html + irc_1_3.jar  it's will work for all.


III.

IRC_Sun_JVM.html including too tegs(<OBJECT></OBJECT> and <EMBED></EMBED> ) for one applet why,
 and why i am must duplicate parameters for irc applet for it?

So..  teg - <OBJECT></OBJECT> suppot Internet Explorer.
      teg - <EMBED></EMBED> suppot NetScape. 

Explorer egnored - <EMBED></EMBED>
NetScape egnored - <OBJECT></OBJECT>

That is the reason why you must duplicate parameters of the irc applet.
One of them for teg <OBJECT></OBJECT>, and another for teg <EMBED></EMBED>.



IV. Do your applet have color parameters?

Yes but not in public version of it.
